Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Commnia has implemented response measures to continue supporting our users and provide a maximum level of security for our employees and their families. As a result, our employees are now temporarily working remotely from their homes using a secure VPN connection to Commnia HQ.

This situation will not influence the way we provide our services to you. The availability of our Customer Service representatives has not changed. Our support email support@commnia.com is monitored 24/7.

Note, however, that on rare occasions, the quality of phone calls may be lower than usual due to our employees using their home ISPs to receive and make calls through our telephone system. Thank you for your understanding.

You can gain access via the Commnia website through the navigation menu. Locate the Login button in the top right hand corner of the site. Login using your registered email and master password.

Go to the login page here. On the login screen, click on the Forgot Password option. Type in your email and click on submit. After requesting a password reset, you will receive an email to your nominated account. Click on the link provided to reset your password. Further info and help can be found here.

You can upload documents via the Document Register. Simply select your file name settings, then drag and drop or select files to upload.  View the help file here.

The new PWA app for Commnia is created for iOS and Android devices and is simple to install. Open your web browser and navigate to https://login.buildtoolscloud.com and click on the home button. *Note: Commnia app is compatible with all major browsers except Internet Explorer. Your user account should be setup by the administrator of the project. Contact them directly to gain access. If you have admin access, view the help file here to create a new contact account.

Access to a job is provided by the Project Administrator of the project. You may need to request access or have the Project Administrator check you have been assigned to the correct job. When requesting access, ensure that you provide the correct email address. Read more about other common issues related to job access here.
